Well, this has been on the to-do list for a while. Considering the recent television series, now seems as good a time as any to finally get around to reviewing The Evil Dead. Though, there's not all that much to say really. It's an extremely simple film with a (blog post) very low budget from science fiction movie reviews then independent filmmaker Sam Raimi. Then again, it took the home video market by storm upon release, sci-fi movie reviews so perhaps there is more to it than it seems?
